§ 01Bio

Software engineer in training, growing into AI.

My interest in computers started early — with games and tech — and gradually turned into a fascination with how applications actually work under the hood.

At 14 I joined a Cybersecurity Bootcamp and got my first hands-on exposure to engineering from people doing it for a living. I finished high school at Near East College on the A Level track — Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, and ICT — then started a Double Major in Software Engineering and Computer Engineering at Eastern Mediterranean University, where I'm now a Junior.

Freshman year built the foundation — Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms, Database Management. Sophomore year stretched the perspective through collaborative engineering work: product thinking, team communication, and applying technology to real problems.

Today my focus is bridging software engineering with Artificial Intelligence. Python, Machine Learning, Neural Networks — pushed forward by competitive work. I built a RAG-based kiosk assistant at AI Future Minds'25, and led my team to the finalist stage of Turkcell Yarının Teknoloji Liderleri 2026 with “Akıllı Şehir Sağlık Haritası”.

I'm committed to a career in AI and technologies that create meaningful real-world impact.

§ 03Focus

Four directions, one trajectory.

The areas I'm actively investing in — feeding into a career building AI products that ship and matter.

01

AI & Machine Learning

Python, neural networks, RAG, and Hugging Face — building intelligent systems that solve concrete problems.

02

Software Engineering

Strong fundamentals — OOP, DS&A, Database Management — applied to modern web and tooling.

03

Competitive Innovation

Hackathons and finals as a forcing function for shipping, teamwork, and product thinking under pressure.

04

Cybersecurity Foundation

An early bootcamp at 14 shaped how I think about state, trust, and building systems that don't break easily.

§ 04Selected Work

Selected work, projects and achievements.

A focused view of the work, role, outcome, and technical direction.

Akıllı Şehir Sağlık Haritası

A smart-city health intelligence platform built and recognized at the finalist stage.

Led my team to the finalist stage of Turkcell Yarının Teknoloji Liderleri 2026 with a platform that connects regional health risk data, AI-driven advisory, and scenario simulation into one actionable city layer.

Engineering highlights

  • 01Built a city-scale health risk decision platform deployable across any region, going beyond a standalone map.
  • 02Connected regional risk scoring, scenario simulation, and AI advisory into a single platform.
  • 03Led team coordination from ideation through the finalist presentation.
  • Python
  • AI/ML
  • Data
  • Web
Open field note

Turned a civic technology idea into a coherent product story under competition pressure.

  • The strongest design move was treating the map as an intelligence surface: not just where something is, but what a person or operator should understand next.
  • The finalist process pushed the work beyond implementation ideas into product clarity, stakeholder language, and presentation discipline.
  • The project became a forcing function for leadership: keeping the team aligned, narrowing the scope, and making the story legible fast.

Construction AI Kiosk

A RAG-powered assistant prototype for construction-domain questions.

Led the team as captain and built a Retrieval-Augmented Generation kiosk assistant for the AI Future Minds'25 Construction AI track, using Hugging Face models to process construction-domain material and answer with grounded context.

Engineering highlights

  • 01Led the team as captain while keeping the prototype scope focused under hackathon pressure.
  • 02Designed the assistant around retrieval and grounded responses instead of a generic chatbot flow.
  • 03Used Hugging Face tooling to connect model behavior with construction-specific source material.
